30 Day In Home Trial

Each Seedspring Water Nanofiltration System includes a 30 day, in-home trial period. Should you be unsatisfied with the product for any reasons, you may return the product for a full refund. (Installation fees, if any, are non-refundable)

Warranty

We are so confident in the superior quality of our product that we are proud to offer our product warranty:

1. 5 years warranty on the nano-filtration system filter core
2. 1 year warranty for all other components

The following are not covered under warranty

• Normal wear and tear, dents, chips, etc.
• Damage caused by improper installation or use
• Damage due to improper safekeeping or natural disasters
• Repairs completed outside of our authorized maintenance centers
